Terms and conditions of sale

• Delivery times will be within three weeks from receipt of payment.
• Copyright of any product manufactured by us or any design, illustration or drawing produced by us remains the sole property of Gold Bros Ltd unless expressly agreed in writing by Gold Bros Ltd.
• All prices exclusive of packaging and delivery.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T.
• Post & packaging is dependant upon location.
• Collections can be made from our Trade Counter in London.
• Upon receipt, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your purchase, you must contact Gold Bros Ltd within 3 working days from receipt of the goods and obtain a goods return voucher in order to guarantee a credit. Credits can only be guaranteed if the goods returned are in the same merchandisable quality in which they were despatched.
• In the unlikely event of a product being faulty, Gold Bros Ltd will replace the goods or issue a refund at its own discretion.
• Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights.
